Private customers
As a private customer you can

- Change license plate number
- Pay with payment cards
Business customers
As a business customer you can
- Buy and cancel you parking permit
- All our digital parking permits are subscription based
- Manage business parking and distribute parking permits to your colleagues
- Pay by invoice or debit/credit card
Municipal employees
Parking Umeå municipality
In order to apply for a parking card for Umeå Municipality’s properties, you must be a municipal employee and work in the building. Physical parking cards are still used for rental of parking spaces within the municipality of Umeå.
